Shrimp Étouffée- our delicious Étouffée with Blackened Shrimp. Served over rice with grilled bread.

Seafood Bake with Blackened Haddock, Shrimp, Cajun Butter and Cracker Crumbs, served with Mashed Potato and Vegetables.

Loaded Meatloaf - our succulent meatloaf stacked on top of a deep fried Loaded mashed potatoes, topped with caramelized onions with a red wine gravy. Served with vegetables. (The potato is Loaded and the sauce is drunk, go figure it’s NOLA!) this meatloaf is out of its mind.
