***UPDATE on hours of the stand***

As we move into holiday season the stand will be open Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Sun up to sundown.

This will allow me to prepare for the many fairs we have coming up!

Tomorrow we will be in Kennebunk ME with Lucky Pup Rescue to kick off our run of shows!!!

Good morning!!

Since my stand is self-service; I do not get to meet most of my customers so I wanted to introduce myself. I tried to find a pic that represented me and well… fuzzy hair and no make up is it.

My name is Nicole Jacobs. I am a Mom to 20 year old son Tyler, wife to my husband Ben, and an aunt to 3 amazing kids Kaylee, Jared and Jaryn.

I started 317 Creations after finding myself questioning my next phase of life. I raised my family, now what?! I have a natural desire to stay busy. School/band activities stopped, making lunches and hustle of morning routines stopped… now what?! I work a full time cooperate job but that doesn’t fill my cup. I needed something that did. After years of “I wish I could do that”…. I decide to try.

Because of you, I have grown way beyond what I could have hoped for. I remember telling a friend, “I think I am going to post some simmer pots and see what happens”, well… all of this happened! Thanks to you.

Next season will be even better. I have so many ideas and plans. I have built and continue to build a network of hobby farmers that I make most of my products with. So not only do you support me, you’re supporting other NH people with the same dream. I hope you will continue to show up and support.

Thanks for reading. Thanks for supporting someone you have never met. The feeling is beyond what I could ever put into words.

The stand has some eggs, both Duck and chicken at the moment.

We have sold out of Elderberry Syrup. I will post when I have more! DM to reserve a bottle of the next batch.

Plenty of Jam and Jelly! Baked goods will be back next weekend!!

Elderberry Syrup is flying off the stand. I made a triple batch Monday and have 3 - 8 oz bottles left.

Our syrup is made with the following:

Organic Elderberry (right now NH Elderberry until I run out)
Cinnamon stick
Clove
Ginger
My own dehydrated orange slices
LOCAL honey

Simmered to perfection, hand squeezed and I also make it shelf stable though I prefer it cold.

1 teaspoon daily for immune support and 1 tablespoon daily when you’re not feeling well.
