The Skate Barn in Hampstead, NC is a 6000 square foot, indoor/Outdoor wooden & Concrete paradise for skaters. We also offer contests, summer camps, beginner clinics, private lessons, park rentals and professional demos at The Skate Barn. layered in steel & Covered by a brand new hanging Sun Shade. Various Banks/Flat Rails/Grind Boxes
Concrete Skate Track with brand new corner pocket with smooth Pool Coping that is on a gradual escalation from low to high. Prices:
Note: Our rates are for all day sessions, we do not charge hourly rates. Pay one flat rate and skate all day, come and go as you please. Memberships (Annual Fee)

Here's a few frequently asked questions:

Are pads required? Helmets are required for all skaters under the age of 21. If you are asked to wear your helmet and refuse you will be asked to leave the park. Helmets can be rented for $3 per day. Can I rent out the skatepark and how much does it cost? The Skate Barn can be rented for private sessions/parties before or after our usual business hours. The price is $60 per hour. Please contact our skate shop to book a party (910-270-3497). A non refundable $20 deposit is required. We stock boards and accessories, along with Skate Barn & Skate company clothing. Do you sell food and drink and can we bring our own? Yes, we sell water, sodas, Powerade, Monster Energy drinks, Dunkin’ Doughnuts Cold coffee,Body Armor, Core Power Protein drink and various snacks. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. Do you allow BMX bikes? BMX bikes aren't allowed into the park during business hours. We do occasionally allow BMX during park rentals under certain circumstances. i.e. no metal pegs allowed. Are there certain times for beginners only? Every Saturday from 11am-12pm is our slower time where beginners can skate with a lower volume of people. Do you offer skate lessons ? Yes, $45 per hour (or $60 for two hours). The lessons take place before or after business hours. You are one-on-one with an instructor and you get the entire skatepark to yourself. First off, we want to say how incredibly thankful we are for the constant love and support that we have received since the barn's doors have re-opened. With all the expenses, we are doing great! However, we are still making it dollar to dollar when it comes to keeping the lights on and the doors open. We really want to re-do our street course, but it would take several years to save up to make it happen. So, we've decided to do a GoFundMe to try and raise some money to make it happen sooner than later. Check it out and let us know what you think! Skatebarn FOREVER!
