🚨 Vendor Scam Alert – Please Read & Share 🚨
We have been made aware of individuals contacting potential vendors claiming to represent the NC Spot Festival, requesting applications or payment to “secure” a vendor spot.
Please be cautious before sending money or personal information.
While we do not publicly share every part of our vendor registration and verification process, legitimate vendor communication from the NC Spot Festival will come from:

Always verify the actual email address the message is coming from, not just the display name. If additional verification is needed, a member of our festival team may also contact you directly by phone.
The NC Spot Festival is locally organized, has been part of our community for many years, and works directly with our vendors throughout the planning process. If something does not seem right, please verify with us before sending any payment.
We appreciate everyone helping us protect our vendors and our community. Please share this information with anyone who may be interested in participating as a vendor.
