The Hamilton Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us as a vendor for the Eighteenth Annual Buttahatchee River Fall Fest, in Downtown Hamilton, Alabama, on Saturday, October 26, 2024. We are looking forward to having a fun filled day for the people of Hamilton and surrounding communities. We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about this year's festival.

Our Arts & Crafts section features handmade items from artists and craftspeople from throughout the region. If you would like to apply as an Arts & Crafts vendor, please visit https://brff.org/Vendors/ArtsCrafts for more information and application. Our general vendor section this year features approximately 100 vendor booth spaces and will run North & South on 1st Street SW. If you would like to apply as a General vendor, please visit https://brff.org/Vendors/General. We’ll have a centralized food court area near the stage area. If you’d like to apply as a Food vendor, please visit https://brff.org/Vendors/Food.

For entertainment this year, we’re featuring some great local talent from our area, and lots of new and fun things for the kids. Our car and truck show continues to grow year after year.

On Friday, October 25, at 5:30 P.M., the city streets will be blocked off, and vendors will be allowed to set up between 5:30 and 8:00 P.M. Although not required, we strongly encourage everyone who can to set up on Friday night. Set up time will resume on Saturday morning, October 26, at 6:00 A.M. All vendors must sign in at the Chamber booth located at the intersection of 1st Ave. SW and 1st St. SW (southwest corner of the court square) to receive booth assignments, vendor packets, and a certificate of participation. For ease of traffic flow, and due to space constraints, we ask every vendor to please unload their merchandise into their booth, move their vehicle and/or trailer outside of the barricaded festival boundaries, and then return and set up your booth. Volunteers will be available to watch your merchandise while you move your vehicle if necessary. All booth set ups must be completed and vehicles must be moved out of the designated vendor areas no later than 8:00 A.M. The Buttahatchee River Fall Fest will officially begin at 9:00 A.M.

The Buttahatchee River Fall Fest vendor registration form can be found on our web site at https://www.brff.org. Online registration is available, or if you prefer, you can download, print, fill out, and mail your application to Buttahatchee River Fall Fest, PO Box 1168, Hamilton, Alabama 35570. All registration forms and fees must be received no later than October 23, 2024. No spaces will be held without full payment accompanying the registration.

Please visit the Buttahatchee River Fall Fest web site at brff.org for vendor information, general contact information, and a complete list of BRFF rules and regulations. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact John Boyett, Buttahatchee River Fall Fest Coordinator at (205) 952-9884, or [email protected], or call the Hamilton Area Chamber of Commerce office at 205-921-7786.
