A Gigantic Thank You to all of our Cincycon 2026 GMs, Attendees, and of course our Clubs Fantastic Volunteers that helped us host approx. 774 individual attendees for our 16th Annual Show! If you were there you know it was tremendous and if you weren't please come join us at our 1 day Free Reading Gamedays or definitely 2027! I do want to mention.... I have several lost and found items that I would be happy to get back to their owners- 1 small red cooler with gaming products inside, 1 Winter Team logoed Hat(owner will know the team). 1 Gray Sweatshirt, 1 small Blue ADT Note Binder... if they are yours please send a message through our website or to this page and I will be happy to get them to you :) On behalf of the Gamers of Ohio, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky Inc. we cannot thank you enough for what was the largest gathering of gamers Cincinnati has ever hosted! I promise our Club will be working hard in the of season to make 2027 even more incredible!

Just a quick Pre- Con reminder! All Pre-registered Attendee and GM Badges will be waiting for you at the front desk along with all Pre-registered event tickets. Any unreserved event tickets will also be at the front desk for everyone to claim and participate in that event. We have so many fantastic GM events to choose from so a Bravo and Thank You So Much to all of our Amazing Supporting GMs!!! Remember any event that is listed as open in the Event Schedule is a non-ticketed event so simply walk up to play. On-site Badge Registration will be available when the front Desk Opens Friday at 11:30am, Saturday and Sunday at 8:30am. New This Year is Sunday is FREE! Concessions will have Hot Breakfast Sandwiches and Coffee available to purchase as soon as we open at 8:30am. We will See you all next weekend!!!

Just a quick reminder! Attendee and GM Pre-Reg closed on the site last Saturday the 7th.... BUT you can still buy your badges onsite starting Friday February 27th at 11:30am, Saturday 28th at 8:30am, and Sunday March 1st at 8:30am... We offer single day and full weekend badges onsite- Friday only is $20.00, Saturday only is $25.00, Sunday only is FREE and Full Weekend is $30.00 Kids 12 and under are always FREE! Also additional castings of the Limited Edition Convention SwineThulhu Figures will be available for $12.00 each and they look amazing! See you all just 16 days!!!

Our friends at AdamCon wanted to make sure everyone knows that 8 local gaming conventions have all teamed up to run/promote the First Annual Tr-State Trail Convention Tournament!!! First stop is this weekend AdamCom at the Woodlawn Community Center. The Tournament is listed in our CincyCon website events list so you can grab spots to play in for our show... Please consider Stopping in on AdamCon! great show for a fantastic cause and Our Gamers of O.I.N.K. gaming club will be running several miniature events to help support their show :)

I present SwineThulhu! Our CincyCon 2026 Exclusive Limited Convention Figure is here!!! All GMs and Pre-registered attendees get a FREE pewter casting when you pick up your badges. Additional figures can be purchased onsite for $10.00 each. The Figure is a 2-piece casting with the wings being a single separate piece from the body which makes this our first 2-piece convention figure. PLEASE REMEMBER the deadline for registering as a GM and submitting events is Jan 31st and the deadline for attendee Pre-registration is Feb 7th. After these dates the ability to receive a FREE Convention figure is closed. Also a reminder that the ability to grab event tickets also closes Feb 7th... we need the remainder of the month to get every ones badges and game tickets printed and organized for the show. Looking forward to seeing you all at another fantastic CincyCon!!!

Website Event Submission Closes January 31st.

Website Pre-Registration Closes February 7th.

Please get all of your events into us before the deadline and the sooner you get them in to us the faster everyone can see them on the website. This really helps our attendees plan what they are participating in at the event!

Remember All Pre-Reg attendees get the $5.00 Discount for the weekend and the ability to Pre-Register for any ticketed events. Also if you are playing in any tournaments Pre-Registering Guarantees you playing spot! After February 7th all Single Day and Weekend Badges will be available for purchase at the show.

Also all GM’s and Pre-Registered Attendees will get a FREE CincyCon 2026 Limited Pewter Miniature SwineThulhu! Additional Copies can be purchased onsite for $8.00 (images will be available as soon as we have the finished sculpture)

making sure everyone knows that our 2026 website is completely open for all GMs and Game Submissions & Tournament Submissions... All Vendor Applications... and All Pre-reg Weekend Badge Attendance! In an effort to help everyone's wallets- We have added a few new badge options for the weekend that I want to make sure everyone is aware of... Also despite plenty of cost increases to present CincyCon, we are passing along no badge price increases for 2026 attendees... Pre-Reg Badges are Weekend only(no change from last 2 years) and $25.00 if you Pre-reg $30.00 for on-site... Pre-reg attendees and GMs receive a FREE CincyCon 2026 Limited Pewter Figure along with the ability to register for any events including all Tournaments. Also as of last year, there are no restrictions on the number of events you can register for!

We are offering several new single day on-site badge option
Friday or Saturday are both $25.00 on-site and Sunday is completely FREE!

GM badges are now $10.00 but as long as you list enough events over any of our 3 days that have a total amount of 24 hours playing time available the GM receives $10.00 back in food vouchers for our concessions so technically still FREE to GM! Playing hours are simply calculated by number of player slots listed multiplied by event duration/runtime. Example- 6 players x 4 hours event time = 24 It does not matter to CincyCon if those player slots are used or not and if you list more than one event we combined those playing hours together to make sure you get your $10.00 food vouchers.
To be honest... this is our way of cleaning up what was a really unfair and far to generous FREE GM Badge Policy that allowed a few individuals to submit one very small event and still receive a FREE weekend Badge vs all the other GMs that put forth such amazing effort in so many fantastic events!
The $10.00 food vouchers will be with your badges at the front desk when your arrive to pick up your GM badges...

Please start submitting your events! Some individuals already did the moment we opened....

Check out our CincyCon 2026 artwork (obviously at the top of the page). If you click on it you can see it in its entirety! Our designer Jason Brodmerkel really did an outstanding job! I am sure our figure sculptor Dave Summers will be creating something fantastic from this artwork for our 2026 Limited Edition Convention Figure. We should have the TableTop Events site ready to receive your events, vendor registration, and attendee pre-reg badges open first week of September! I will post a message saying we are ready as soon as we are... Looking forward to see you all end of Feb first of March 2026
