Kirtan is a yoga practice of simple call-and-response chants to calm the mind. Singing together is a simple way to lift us all in harmony and community. Zareen and Wayne bring the chant to life with harmonium, guitar, drums, and vocal harmony in a universal attunement to traditions around the world.
