ntial. As you walk through the studio, you will encounter esoteric books, introspective art, fragrant aromas of chai, and hear a curated array of music genres from all over the world. So, if you're looking for a cool new place to perform spoken word, listen to live music, or just hang out with friends locally, you have finally found it! Our Art Classes:
While “regular” art classes primary (if not only) interest is the end product (whether it be a painting, sculpture, composition or dance), our meditative art classes place the inner state of the artist as the main focus. The technique is also given importance, and the creator is both an artist and a witness, attentively observing the process as it takes place. Basically, we delve into a study of what is truly at the Heart of art? Other than introspective discussions regarding art and its meaning, we also learn about the principles of light and shade, uses of unusual materials, color theory, art history, the world of shapes, textures, and proper composition. Students learn in a fun, inspirational atmosphere. For example, some days we may listen to music as we paint, and discuss.
