Creations by Court Customized artwork for sale! 100% of the proceeds will go to supporting my OT service trip to Nicaragua in 2018! :) Hi everyone!

I am currently a Masters OT student at Quinnipiac University and I have been selected to attend a service trip in Nicaragua in January 2018. To raise money to support my trip I decided to open this shop to sell some of my artwork, all crafts are customizable and made to order! 100% of the proceeds will go to supporting my OPTION trip. niversity has been partnering with organization and communities in Central America and the Caribbean for over a decade. These yearly programs emphasize solidarity, transparency and sustainability. I have been chosen to participate on the Occupational and physical Therapy in Other Nations (OPTION) program in 2018. This program is much more than just 10 days I will be in the country. My peers, faculty advisors and I will be meeting regularly over the next several months to prepare for this experience. Traveling to Nicaragua will allow me to engage with peer aged youth, learn from local experts in health, education and community development and will allow me to implement important skills in a new cultural context. While there is a cost to these programs, I consider this an investment in my overall education. The majority of the program costs are redirected back into the community through housing, food, transportation and hiring local interpreters. Any support to this learning experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance and I look forward to sharing my experience with you upon my return!
