A friendly reminder: At this time, the HCRH is a private residence, not a public meeting place or business.

Visiting hours are 10am-4pm on the weekends, as posted on both Google Maps and the sign on my door. If that window doesn't work for you, please send me a message to set something up. Little Library exchange/donations are allowed any time, but visiting hours are limited.

Please respect this boundary, as it can be socially overwhelming to be available for visitors 24/7. I receive anywhere from 5 to 20+ visitors every weekend, so I ask that during the week you allow me to recharge that social battery. Thank you for understanding and supporting what The HCRH is all about! ✌️❤️🏳️‍🌈🏠

6 foot tall bamboo screen for the backyard fence is on its way! Super excited to have some more privacy in the back yard ahead of the cooler months. It's going to be a gradual installation because money is a thing - but I'm very excited about it!

We are making sure folks have a free ride to the polls on election day!

We will also be heavily communicating with Tarrant County voters to let them know about their polling location changes and putting up signs to help keep the information flowing. But in the meantime:

I'm canceling the podcast session on Monday. Just received a nasty call from the man who was hosting it, who apparently did not understand that a rainbow house represented lgbtq+ accomplishments and pride. It is what it is! Some folks are just not ready for those kinds of conversations. I'm moving on to more positive endeavors. ✌️❤️🏳️‍🌈🏠
