Benefits of having a private party!
• You get to select your own masterpiece, you give the idea to us and you will get an original drawing done by Eric Lusk that will become your picture to paint.
• You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting
• You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor
• Prices are discounted for kids parties (with smaller paintings)
• Kids parties $15 per kid for the first 10 kids and then $10 each after. Minimum of 10 kids. Painting size will be 12x9
• Regular rates apply to all other groups $35 per person. Painting size is 16x20
• Group discounts with 10 or more get 10% off (excludes kids rates)
• No set up, no clean up - just show up! We provide easels, canvases, paint, brushes, aprons, glasses & corkscrews. We are a BYOB studio, so guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice! How Do I Reserve and Pay for My Private Party? email or call us
We book Private Parties Monday - Friday from 7pm-10pm; Saturday & Sunday from 12pm to 10pm. The maximum is 22. The minimum for private parties in our studio on Friday & Saturday nights is 10. At all other times (including weekend days) our minimum will be 5. All parties will be 2-hours long. Here are some things to keep in mind when planning and booking your private event with us
• We book Private Parties Monday - Friday from 7pm-10pm; Saturday & Sunday from 12pm to 10pm. The minimum for private parties in our studio on Friday and Saturday nights is 10. If the minimum is not met, the difference between the minimum of 5(or 10) and the number of guests attending must be paid before the party can take place. We ask that you confirm your guests via email one week prior so that we can make sure that the minimum is met. If your minimum is not met at least 7 days in advance of your event, we will contact you about cancelation options.
• The deposit to initially secure your event as confirmed is $50.
• Once your party is on the calendar, we will send you a confirming email with details on the next steps.
• The instructor, paint, canvas, easels, brushes, aprons, wine glasses and cork screws are provided by Burgandy & Brushstrokes.
• Guests are welcome to bring anything they'd like to eat and drink.
• We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so it would be a good idea to have your guests arrive 15-20 minutes early.
• Private parties have a 30 minute grace period before the painting start time and a half hour grace period at the painting end time.
• A party exceeding the end time is subject to a service charge of $50.00 and an additional $50.00 for each additional half hour over party end time. Party extensions are based on availability of space and management discretion.
• Grace period is designated for, but is not limited to, set-up, breakdown, food and beverage staging, check-in and socializing. Cancellation Policy
Please give a 7 day notice if you must cancel the private party. If we are not given notice of cancellation within 7 days of the event, there will be a charge of $150.00 to the credit card in addition to the deposit. We look forward to celebrating with you!
