Intermediate Sling Flow Workshop

Take your flow to the next level in this intermediate sling workshop with Mica .ellax

You’ll learn a full sequence to music while working on smooth transitions, musicality, and expressive movement.

This workshop focuses on helping you flow with more ease and confidence.

Mica has over four years of teaching experience and began her journey here with our Maui Aerial Arts ohana!

Prereqs:
Students should be comfortable with basic sling skills, including drops, cinches and transitions. Prior sling or aerial experience is recommended, as this class will move at a steady pace.
