I’m still smiling after such a beautiful birthday. 💛

Thank you to everyone who reached out with messages, calls, and so much love. I truly felt celebrated.

My day started with a sunrise walk with my 13-year-old, followed by breathwork—one of my favorite ways to get grounded and welcome a new year with intention facilitated by Dr Sarah Anne Rothman, ND L.Ac .

Then came a delicious vegan brunch at MokuRoots , arts and crafts with friends, endless laughs, papaya picking, goat cuddles Kapuakukui Farms and being showered with beautiful flowers and thoughtful gifts.

To top it all off, I came home to a warm bath with spa music that my husband had set up for me before ending the day with dinner by the beach.

I don’t take any of it for granted. I feel incredibly blessed by the people in my life and so grateful for another year to create, grow, and make memories. Thank you for making me feel so loved. Thank you Natalie Brown Norberg for this pretty picture and Toni Knight for my birthday dress 🌈✨
