So how much does a Christmas tree need to be watered. It is said the larger the tree the more water it will require.
A good rule of thumb is around a gallon of water a day.
It is suggested that you check the water levels twice a day and check the branches. If you pull on a limb and the needles, come off it will be a good sign that the tree needs to come down.
Lighting: We ask that you cut the lights off when not in use. Please check all of the lights prior to placing on the tree. Look for any damage and make sure if you have good working lights. Older lights tend to lend to the tree drying out. Newer lights are designed not to get hot. So we ask that you follow the manufactures advice.
