For 24 years, NJSDA has been committed to sound principles in dance education. The curriculum is unique and integrates elements from the best in progressive and classical training. We are beyond proud of all of our incredible dancers who took the stage at Youth America Grand Prix this season! ✨ Your dedication, discipline, and heart were on full display. From many weeks of rehearsals to shining under the bright lights, each of you represented our studio with professionalism, passion, and grace.
Competing at YAGP is no small accomplishment — and no matter the results, we celebrate your growth, your artistry, and the countless hours of hard work that brought you to that stage. Congratulations to every dancer who participated. We are so proud of you today and every day!

We are excited to share that next Friday, October 3rd, Elevation Physical Therapy will be offering a FREE Pointe Workshop here at NJSDA for our dancers! The workshop will take place during the Pre-Pointe class (Friday, 4:00–5:30 pm), and we are thrilled to invite all dancers from our I Pointe class to join.

This interactive workshop will focus on how to properly strengthen and care for your feet and ankles as you begin a full year of pointework. Holly from Elevation PT will be demonstrating conditioning exercises, injury-prevention strategies, and techniques to build the strength and alignment needed for success on pointe. Dancers will also have the chance to ask questions and receive tips tailored to their own training. We are so excited for this event and to work with .physical.therapy elevation.physical.therapy
