My name is Neptune. I’m an artist and creative curator from New Jersey, and my life has been a journey of discovery—through music, visual art, and the spaces where communities gather. I’ve hosted festivals, artist retreats, and bar and venue events, not for fame or profit, but because I realized that creating and holding space for others was part of my path to finding myself.
At some point, I uncovered gifts I didn’t know I had—hidden like treasures beneath the surface, waiting for me to open them. When I embraced them, my perspective shifted. Life became a dialogue between me and the universe. My hands were meant for spray cans, for sound, for shaping experiences through art. And so my journey began.
But in the process of giving so much to creation and to others, I lost pieces of myself. I poured energy into every festival, every event, every collaboration, and somewhere along the way, I drifted from my center. Yet even in that drift, I left a mark—an X, a silent promise to myself. A reminder that no matter how far I wandered, I could always find my way back. That X wasn’t just a mark; it was faith, awareness, and trust that even in loss, I had not disappeared entirely. It was the guidepost for my return to clarity, to purpose, to alignment with my own spirit.
Through the challenges, the triumphs, and the grief of losing my father, I’ve learned that healing isn’t a destination—it’s a process. Each day brings me closer to understanding, to resilience, and to the deeper meaning behind the work I do. I’ve learned that creating isn’t just about art—it’s about connection, community, and leaving something behind that outlives the moment.
Now, I step into a new chapter, carrying both the X I left behind and the lessons life has taught me. I continue this journey with deeper awareness, stronger intention, and the hope of building spaces where artists can be safe, free, and in harmony with their gifts and the world around them.
