Due to an issue this past weekend, we want to address the situation and make expectations clear moving forward.
Following the incident, myself as track owner, Charles Moudy, along with Charles Thrash with the MS State Series, met and spoke with both crew members involved. Both sides were given the opportunity to explain their concerns. Apologies were made, hands were shaken, and at that point the matter was considered resolved.
However, it has become clear that not everyone left satisfied with the outcome. Police were called and no arrest were made.
Effective immediately:
Any driver or crew member who goes to another racer’s pit area and causes confrontation, arguments, threats, or unnecessary conflict will be immediately disqualified and suspended for the remainder of the season.
In addition, you will be required to leave the premises immediately. It will not matter if you drove 30 minutes or 6 hours to get here.
If there is an issue, bring it to race officials!
