Still editing photographs and then maybe a month break before I am back at it. I still have tons that are backlogged but in due time they will b done. I have always had photographs backlogged its a never-ending cycle. .. like laundry!

I attended a workshop/class at the Mary C for Book making and Image Transfer by Doug Baulos. I really enjoyed it and was taught the foundation to bring my Artwork and Photography together as one. So I will be working on that for the next month or so!

So I was talking to someone explaining my artistic process to creating a piece of art.

And their response was thats a lot of work and processes.

My Response:

Well of course Art is a whole lot of work!
Thats why its called a process now you get it.

It starts out like this:

Idea~research for technique~visual research~concept/draft artwork (test of technique)~more research~final product~research and application of where to sell~sold artwork.

So people when you really fall in love with a piece of work consider all the above that is put into it. Not just the materials but the time and reasearch and continous tries to suceed to that final product.

well image transfers are so far turning out alright eventhough i used the wrong medium. Actually makes it look more rustic.
But much more steps to go. Once I am finished I will have a concept art piece posted.

I have a few ideas I am wanting to work on. I need models or volunteers though. These sketches will be photography and multi-media art in essence it will turn into a fine art. Some will be sold in galleries or to individuals or the photoshoot will be repeated to sell for other clients.
