This month we headed to Namibia to highlight cheetahs and the Cheetah Conservation Fund when I volunteered inn August of 2017.

Happy 1st day of August! Swallowtail butterflies, specifically Eastern tiger swallowtails, are my official month animal mascot. Growing up they were in full force at the beginning of the month in PA, flying everywhere in the backyard.
