Today my daughter is making her first communion with her 2nd grade class! I am so proud of her!
Her teacher gave each of the students a book on Friday: "On the Night Before My First Communion." Y'all it was so sweet. Highly recommend!! I thought that was such a thoughtful gift!!
I made this letter for my niece (name starts with E!) when she made her first communion. It will also be used as a prop today at our party! 😄

Filling our home with scripture and decor that points to what we believe in is something close to my heart. So when a mom said she wanted some scripture painted to hang in her daughter's room for her 10th birthday, I was all about it!
Preteens & teens have enough worldly things thrown at them all day. When they lie down at night, may their eyes rest on TRUTH and may they ponder it in their hearts ❤️❤️

Saint Michael the Archangel - thank you for your protection!

It's Divine Mercy SUNDAE!
Today I gathered some families to pray a Chaplet of Divine Mercy Chaplet and have some sundaes! It was so much fun! So very cup - filling.
I really enjoyed learning more about St Faustina today... And also what Mercy in action looks like. The words of the prayer speaks to my heart.
"For the sake of His sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world..."
So thankful for community and fellowship and prayer and mercy and Jesus' love.

-Art Stuff-
I have been busy working on lots of sacrament gifts! I have a few ready to ship that I could drop in the mail if anyone is interested. I'll be posting those in the next few days. (Including St Faustina F!) This is unique because most of these letters are completely custom ordered!

Are you following along with Fr Mike Schmitz's podcast from Ascension Press? The has been so enlightening so far this year!
I have loved learning more about angels in the last few podcasts!

My dad really loved some quotes by St Irenaeus so it's been fun hearing about some of his writings too.
Day 43 had me taking notes so I don't forget it all!!!
