We have a system outage going on right now at the door. Weโ€™re contacting support to troubleshoot. If youโ€™re a current member you should be able to get in, but new customers there are issues with the system recognizing you and I canโ€™t even log in with my admin rights. We are actively trying to figure out if this is a issue with any business who has gymmaster software or just our facility.

๐Ÿšช When you arrive, open the Serenity App and tap "Check In" to unlock the door.

โš ๏ธ If you do not see a "Check In" button in the app, something is wrong with your account setup. Please reach out before your visit so we can help. If you show up and it says "access denied" there's an issue with your membership, such as not up to date payment. It's a quick check in the app though.

We've received quite a few calls asking how to access the facility or "Hey we just purchased a visit pass, can you let us in?". We share the Serenity App instructions regularly on our website, social media, emails, and welcome information. Calling the after-hours number should be a last resort after reviewing the instructions provided and having issues at the door.

Most issues at the door I can resolve quickly, sometimes I just need to restart the system and I can let someone in before doing so, but calling for simple things deters me from helping those who are using the system properly.

As many of you know, Go Play & Party is now a self-check-in facility. To enter, guests need to purchase a play pass or membership and download the Serenity app before arriving. The challenge is that many families arrive expecting immediate entry, and the setup process can take a few minutes.

We're looking at ways to better communicate this on our website, social media, confirmation emails, and signage.

๐Ÿ‘€ If you were a first-time visitor, what would make it crystal clear that you need to:

โœ… Purchase a play pass or membership
โœ… Download the Serenity app
โœ… Create your account & log in with the same account that you created the membership before arriving for the smoothest experience

Would a banner at the top of the website help? Different wording? A video walkthrough? More signs on the door? ๐Ÿ‘€
