This mat-based Pilates class builds the core strength, flexibility, and body control elite acrobatic performance demands. Using classical Pilates principles adapted for young, developing bodies, athletes strengthen the deep core muscles that support every lift, tumbling pass, and landing.

What your dancer will gain:

• A stronger, more stable core — the foundation for control in handstands, holds, and tumbling
• Improved posture and alignment, key for injury prevention and clean lines in competition
