Dear Moto community… THANK YOU!!!!

I woke up with an incredibly full heart today. 🥹❤️ The Be Nice Rally was recently featured in the Tiba Foundation newsletter, and seeing our community’s story shared like this is a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do.

The Be Nice Rally has always been about connection. Connection to a global purpose, connection to each other, and for me personally, connection to my soon-to-be husband, Travis, whom I met at Rally #3! (Yes, the newsletter officially leaked our love story! 🙈❤️)

A massive, heartfelt thank you to everyone who pours their time, energy, and resources into making this magic happen year after year. To our sponsors , , & , our riders, our families, and friends who showed up for the barbecue, the music, and the auction…you are the heartbeat of this event.

This weekend isn’t just about the miles we cover; it’s about the impact we make together. We are raising vital funds for the Boda Girls, an incredible initiative providing economic empowerment and essential health services to women in Kenya.
100% of the bids collected at our Silent Auction go directly to this mission. Whether it’s providing motorcycle insurance for a full cohort or funding cancer outreach camps for hundreds of women, your bid creates real change.

We have some incredible items up for grabs, generously donated by our community partners:
• Gear Up: Two $300 gift certificates from Scuderia West (good for parts, service, or apparel) and a leather moto jacket, gloves, and neck buff from Wind & Throttle.
• Relax: Two 90 minute full body massages from Marin Body Works.
• Explore: A “Day On The Bay” private sailboat charter and lunch for four, donated by Diane Dodge of the Tiba Foundation.

Every dollar counts:
• $25 provides 10 hospital rides for a pregnant woman and a kitchen garden.
• $100 covers health insurance for a Boda Girl’s entire family for a year.
• $250 funds a mechanics certificate for a woman to start a side gig.

As part of the Be Nice Rally weekend, we’re taking over the redwoods for International Female Ride Day!

The Be Nice Rally is back, and this year, our mission is bigger than the Redwoods. We’re coming together as a local community to support the Boda Girls in rural Kenya—women who are breaking barriers and changing lives on two wheels.
For these women, a motorcycle isn’t just a ride; it’s a business, a lifeline, and a path to independence. By becoming “Boda Boda” (motorcycle taxi) owners, they gain economic sustainability and provide their communities with something that should be a basic human right: reliable access to healthcare.

Whether you’re a seasoned rider, a total newbie, or someone who just wants to support a great cause from the sidelines—there is a place for you here. 🤝

Only a few days until the next Be Nice Rally!

For anyone interested in riding up with us, will be leading a group up Saturday morning leaving from Marin speed Shop: 137 Front Street, San Rafael. We will be kickstand up at 9 AM!

Check in Saturday will be open from 11 AM to 6 PM , don’t forget to pack your swimsuit, the pool will be open and it will be a warm weekend . We’re so excited to see all your faces on Saturday!
