Wrapping up a few loose ends on New album today. 99% of this record was track through an DRS8. I love these preamps. They are very versatile preamps. The DRS8 can sound nice and clean. But if you crank the input gain, watch out! The preamp can sound for lack of a better word “vintage”. .
