MUSINGS II at The Playmakers

Jonathan Elmore and Pam Leptich

From Jonathan, “I’m so glad to be part of another Musings show with Pam. I’m bringing a wide variety of songs to sing and an original monologue for a new play. See you there!”

From Pam, “Yes, there will be emotion…laughter, tears, sighs, memories, and a surprise. This show will bring it all. It is already bringing Jonathan back to the Grove audiences who love his work. Yep, see you there!”

For Jonathan’s part of Musings II, it will be a storyteller's show. He will perform some of his favorite songs from rock, folk, country, and a couple of his own songs. It will be Jonathan, his guitar, and stories about each song, either why they are important to him or where they came from. Jonathan hopes to see you there.

“My life in the theatre has been a wild ride. Since I was five, I've been a part of it. When I started writing plays, I sometimes included personal stories within the scripts. I'll perform one of the monologues I've written for a new play about a man who is being interviewed about his time in the theatre. Is it an autobiographical story? It will be up to you to decide!”- Jonathan

For Pam’s part of Musings II, she will perform several songs that have special meanings to her. She will present a photo show she hopes will fill the eye with enduring images and will allow the soul a pause for reflection. Pam will also take audience members along with her on a comedic trail through her life.

“I am honestly more than amazed at what I have gotten away with as I have stumbled through life. During Musings II, I will reveal some of my most humorous misadventures. Feel free to laugh with me or at me. All will be good if you leave Musings II with a smile.”- Pam

Adults $15, Students (minimum age high school) $8. Make your reservations today by either calling 918-786-8950 or emailing [email protected] and leaving a message with the number of seats needed, the date of the performance, and a return phone number so a volunteer can contact you to confirm.
