🥧 As American as Apple Pie! 🥧

Do you have a favorite homemade apple pie recipe? We’d love to see it! Whether you’re a first-time baker or the family pie champion, the Griggsville Apple Festival Apple Pie Contest is the perfect chance to share your baking talents and a little hometown pride. Everyone is welcome—you do not have to live in Griggsville to enter! Gather your apples, dust off your rolling pin, and join the fun for a chance to win prizes and bragging rights.

Contest Divisions:
🍎 Youth: Ages 1–17
🍎 Adult: Ages 18-30
🍎 Adult: Ages 31-59
🍎 Adult: Ages 60+

We can’t wait to see—and smell—your delicious creations. Bring your best pie and help make this year’s Apple Festival even sweeter! 🥧🍏🍎

We are currently taking registrations for contestants for the 2026 Johnny Appleseed and Little Miss Apple Blossom. If your child is 4 to 6 years old on the day of the contest and lives in the old Griggsville School District, they’re eligible to participate!

Sign-up deadline is Friday, September 4th. A group photo and short practice will be held at the stage on Wednesday, September 9th at 6:00 PM. To register your child for the Johnny Appleseed and Apple Blossom contest, please complete the registration form and submit it by September 4th.

You will receive an email confirmation a few days after submitting to confirm that it has been received.

There is a $5.00 Entry Fee for all contestants that will be collected at the informational meeting on September 9th.
