Beginning Monday January 10th at approximately 3pm we will begin selling the 24 ORIGINAL WOOD lanes from Magnolia Lanes. Installed in 1962 (approximately)

These wooden lanes havn been covered with synthetic lanes since 2000/2001

They are approximately 2 1/4+ inches thick, 42 inches wide.

They will be cut into 9-16foot sections.

Custom lengths can be requested for an cutting extra fee.

No phone calls will be answered.

Beginning Tuesday Jan 11th, pickup will be everyday through Saturday. No pickups on Sunday.

2PM-5PM pick up everyday except Sunday.

Nothing will be available until at least 3pm on Monday, so please don’t show up early.

Other items may may be posted for sale within the next few days so check back often.

GOING OUT OF BUSINESS

We regret to inform you that after 50+ years in business, Magnolia Lanes of Griffin, GA will permanently close on November 20th, 2021. We thank you for your support through the years.

The property has been sold, and sadly, there are no plans to keep it a bowling center.

Update: We’ve had many inquiries/requests about purchasing items in the building from bowling pins to beer signs, arcade games etc.
We are open for business until Nov 20th, nothing will be sold before that day. After that, anything not being taken to a different location will be posted for sale on this page and the Facebook Marketplace. Thank you!

To Our Valued Bowling Community,

In order to contribute to protecting our community from the possibility of spreading the dangerous coronavirus and COVID-19, Magnolia Lanes is closed as of March 18th. We are tentatively scheduled to reopen for business on March 31st after a re-evaluation of the situation. Although we are not required to do so by the State of Georgia, we feel it is very important to do all we can with the knowledge we have at this time to keep our community and our bowlers as healthy as possible. We will frequently evaluate where we are in the process and re-open when appropriate.

We have followed the guidance from our local, state, and federal governments from the very start to make the very best decisions we can to protect our staff and guests, and we will continue to do so. It has been our pleasure and privilege to serve the Spalding County community for more than 60 years and we are looking forward to closing the COVID-19 chapter history very soon. We will see you all on the lanes soon. Please stay tuned to our page to stay up to date on when we will open again and other information.
