Listen to Bennett Graham playing "Clair de Lune" at his lesson today. This is one of the most beautiful classical pieces that I used to be able to play myself. Now I get to teach others. YEAH! Bennett is the son of Will and Leslie Graham and we are all so overwhelmed by the beautiful "touch" of this 13 year old young man when his fingers play such beautiful music His next "biggie" will thrill you as well. We chose it today, but we'll keep it a surprise for a bit. Such incredible talent, Bennett and incredible parenting, Leslie and Will........I love to teach this kid!!

Technology takes away the angst of a "recital" with only one chance to play your song in front of lots of people. This video is much more comfortable for both the pianist and the teacher. SIMPLY ENJOY!!

What a fun and somewhat nostalgic memory of the Graham family. This picture is of Finle Graham at her piano 🎹ago is the Granddaughter of Nadine Graham, who was one of my favorite students many years ago BTW: she is a very talented musician, then a few years later I taught her son, Allen Graham piano lessons 🎹 and his daughter, Finley, lessons now. I so appreciate their generational loyalty and desire to learn. Now it’s Finley’s turn to continue the tradition. (Notice a Donna Giles Mitchell in the background working on my current jigsaw puzzle while Finley is having her lesson…. ) Donna is a “jigsaw junky” like me and she’s really good at helping me…)

What a wonderful loyal family!! 🎹👩👏
