We are so excited to kick off another incredible year of dance, growth, and community! Whether your dancer is taking their very first steps in the studio or returning to level up their skills, we have a place for them to shine.

📣 New Instructor Announcement 📣

Look who’s moving from the studio floor to the front of the classroom! Please join us in giving the warmest, most exciting welcome to our newest instructor… Eli Saenz! 🌟

Eli has quite literally been a part of the DBD family since before he could walk.

From Waverly Cheer Team to shining on stage, Eli’s journey has been incredible:
* Company Member: Advanced to the Arabesque Company, earning numerous awards and scholarships as a standout soloist and teammate.🏆
* Versatile Technique: He has trained extensively right here in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, ballroom, and acro!

When he isn’t at the studio or studying marketing at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, you can find Eli hanging out with family and friends, planning his next Disney adventure. 🏰🧱

Eli is so excited to work alongside our amazing staff and pass down the tradition of excellent dance education to the next generation of DBD dancers. We are so proud of the dancer he has become and cannot wait to see him inspire our students as a teacher!

✨ BIG NEWS, DBD FAMILY! ✨

We are absolutely thrilled to officially welcome a very familiar face back to the studio! Please give the warmest welcome to our newest instructor, Kelsey Cano! 🩰💪

Kelsey grew up right here in Gretna and spent 6 amazing years dancing with us at Dance by Design, while also cheering on the Gretna High Varsity team for all four years. After high school, she took her talents to the University of South Dakota, where she rocked it on their collegiate cheer team! 📣🔴

She just graduated this past December with a degree in Exercise Science, and she is ready to bring that incredible expertise back to our dancers. Kelsey will mainly be teaching our Acro and Strength & Conditioning classes, focusing on technique, growth, and—most importantly—safe, smart training!

Here is a little message from Kelsey:
"I am so excited to utilize my knowledge and experience with teaching and coaching, as well as use my degree to safely teach the dancers. I can’t wait for this season to start and meet all of you!"

We couldn't be happier to have a DBD alum back in the studio to inspire the next generation of dancers. Get ready to work hard, build strength, and have a blast this season, everyone!
