✨ Dancer Assistant Applications Are Open! ✨

Do you have a passionate dancer age 12 or older who loves to inspire others? We are looking for dedicated dancers to join our team as DBD Class Assistants for the 2026–27 season!

Assisting is a fantastic way for dancers to build leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and serve as positive role models for our younger students. 🩰✨

How to Apply:
📋 Have your dancer fill out our assistant application form (attached below/link in bio).
📧 Email it back to us, or
🏢 Drop it off at the studio during our office hours (Mon–Thu, 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM).
🗓 Deadline: Applications must be submitted by August 27th!

🎉 DANCERS WANTED FOR THE GRETNA DAYS PARADE! 🎉

Get ready to bring the energy and represent our studio community! We would LOVE to have all of our dancers and families join us on the float this Saturday, July 25th!

Here is everything you need to know to join the fun:
📍 Line-Up & Timing
Arrival Time: 10:15 AM – 10:30 AM (Parade starts at 10:30 AM sharp!)

Where to Find Us: Elementary West Parking Lot — Entry #56
Look For: Our pickup truck and trailer float!

🗺️ Parade Route & Pick-Up
Route: North on McKenna Street → East on Angus Street → Ending at the Swimming Pool.

Pick-Up: Parents, please pick up your dancer at the swimming pool as soon as our float arrives!

💜 What to Wear & Bring
Dancers: Wear a dance costume! (No tights or dance shoes required.)

Too hot? Wear a studio shirt or a purple shirt with shorts!

Younger dancers get to ride on the trailer, and older dancers will walk along to pass out candy and flyers!
Parents: You are welcome to walk with us or ride in the trailer! Please wear a studio shirt or anything purple if you have it.

Stay Cool: We will have a cooler stocked with cold bottled water on the float to keep everyone hydrated!

We want to take a moment to celebrate our amazing competition dancers for an absolutely unforgettable year. From the studio to the stage and everywhere in between, these dancers have poured their hearts into everything they do.

Look at what they’ve accomplished this season:
✨ Giving Back: Crushing their fundraising goals and sharing their talents with the community through local performances.

🥇 Shining on Stage: Excelling across multiple dance competitions and leaving it all on the floor.

Day 3 at Thunderstruck Dance Competition wrapped up an incredible weekend! ✨ Our dancers brought it to the floor and finished the season strong. So proud of all the hard work, dedication, and heart they showed all weekend long.
