Culinary Delights by private chef Mamie Causey

A Mississippi Delta native and third-generation restaurateur, Mamie grew up in a family where food, hospitality, and gathering around the table were simply a way of life. Her cooking is rooted in Southern traditions, her Delta Italian heritage, and the family recipes and stories passed down through generations.

After owning her own restaurant for nine years, Mamie now brings that same love of food and hospitality to private chef events, recipe development, and sharing her cooking and stories with her community.
