As director of talent & culture at Davis & Floyd, Casey Tompkins, oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives that support the firm’s continued growth and success.

Outside of her role at D|F, Casey is involved in numerous community organizations. She serves as Vice President of the Greenwood Performing Arts Board of Directors. She is Membership Chair for the Lakelands Society for Human Resource Management and the Greenwood Kiwanis Club.

She is also a board member of Greenwood Promise and serves on the social committee for Greenwood Women Care. At St. Mark United Methodist Church, she chairs the Growth Committee and teaches Sunday School. Casey has also volunteered as chair of Self Regional Healthcare Foundation’s 2020 Hospital Ball and the 2014 Silent Auction.

Her honors and awards include the 2022 United Way of the Lakelands Community Spirit Award, the Greenwood Chamber’s 2014 Under 40 Star Award, and the 2013 Distinguished Kiwanian Award.

Casey received her BS in business administration from Lander University. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Fun Fact: If Casey’s not volunteering in the community, you’ll likely find her on the sidelines of a soccer field or riding in a golf cart cheering on her boys ⚽️

Every great performance needs a strong backstage team. This season, we’re taking a Sunday intermission to shine the spotlight on our amazing board members who bring our mission to life!

✨Leigh Self ✨

A Greenwood native with a passion for education, community, and the arts. Leigh brings so much heart and dedication to our board!

From her work as Student Support Facilitator at Greenwood High to her extensive service with local initiatives, Leigh’s commitment to making Greenwood a better place shines through everything she does!

Fun Facts:

✨Leigh has degrees from UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce and UGA’s Terry College of Business (Go Hoos & Dawgs 🏈)

✨Proud mom of three girls currently studying at Clemson, Mississippi State, and UT
