***ATTENTION Winter Carnival 2022 VIP Guests***

Thank you for being a part of the 2022 Greenwood Lake Winter Carnival. Despite challenges from Mother Nature, we were proud to welcome over 7,000 people to the Winter Carnival and serve them well! Despite the wind, snow-squalls, and bitter cold weather, the event was successful and we truly appreciate you being a part of it.

With that, we would like to address the quality of the VIP experience. Friday was an incredibly challenging day and evening after a wind storm ripped through the Greenwood Lake Winter Carnival Village on both Thursday evening and Friday morning. All of the tents and the entire VIP area needed to be rebuilt and rewired in a matter of hours before doors opened on Friday evening. We were able to do most of this, but it resulted in us having to push back the opening of the event and proper setup of the production, such as the VIP experience. We apologize for any inconvenience as the show did go on—just a little later than planned.

We at Festival Works listened to the feedback of those who were kind enough to purchase VIP packages for the 2022 Greenwood Lake Winter Carnival. To make it right for our loyal VIP clientele, we would like to invite you back to another future event (listed below), free of charge, for a one-day VIP experience if you felt as if you did not enjoy the VIP experience at the 2022 Greenwood Lake Winter Carnival.

🚨We want to thank everyone who came out last night and stuck it out with us despite all the issues & delays we were faced with. We also want to apologize to everyone who couldn’t stay or didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy their VIP benefits.

As you may be aware the damages caused by the weather was something we did not expect & could not have prepared for. Tents being damaged & no power made the catch up extremely difficult & unfortunately caused a very delayed start to our winter carnival.

Despite all the issues we have made sure to take this moment and learn from it to ensure a successful Day 2 of our Winter Carnival!! To our Friday VIP attendees, we will be honoring your passes today Saturday 19th & you will be able to enjoy All VIP benefits ALL DAY LONG!!!

Due to last night’s severe weather and the extensive damage it did to the Winter Carnival Village, the event this evening got off to a late start. We apologize for any inconvenience.
