Many of you may already know that our family has been fighting with and for Courtney. In July of this year, she was diagnosed with AML (leukemia). Even though it has been tough, she has been doing alright and beginning to see that light at the end of the tunnel. Unfortunately, Monday 12/23/24 at a scheduled appt she was admitted to the hospital, which was part of her pattern, but later that night she was moved to the icu and has been there ever since. Even though they say she is starting to show improvements in her numbers, she is facing some serious challenges.

I was asking the Docs to pull out that Christmas magic, but i guess it just wasn't strong enough. Now I'm asking everyone who reads this to please add Courtney to your prayers and alert all of your prayer warriors. We are supposed to be heading to Chapell Hill for a bone marrow transplant in February, and I don't want to have to push it too far back.

Courtney is a fighter, and I am so proud of how she has held it together in order to hang in there. It has been a slow and lonely journey. Thank you for your love and support by praying for Courtney's strength and improved health in recovery.

Hello again, I know that it has been a long time since i have posted anything. Long story I will try to make short. This summer I have had to deal with a devastating blow for our family. One of my daughters was diagnosed with AML, (Leukemia). I spent 2 months in the hospital with her when we accidentally found out through an ER visit. The treatments are not over but it is looking up. I have been staying with her in order to help her with things she is too tired to do.
I am so thankful for those that believe in me an check in periodically. I have gotten some of my jewelry supplies in order to work with my hands while I keep her company. Please be patient with me while a finish a few more pieces and get them posted.
