Swanson’s Warehouse Swanson’s Warehouse is an event space founded on friendship and its commitment to the community.

Swanson’s started from a group of pals throwing charitable events on Swanson Court. After a few successful events, the friends cleaned out an old warehouse in downtown Greenville and there they found a physical home in 2016 which has since housed benefit concerts, community, and private events ever since.
