We Truly Apologize

We want to sincerely apologize for the power issues that occurred yesterday due to the storm that moved through Greenville. Unfortunately, the storm caused our projectors to shut down unexpectedly.

As soon as we were able, we restarted the projectors and worked as quickly as possible to restore everything so you could continue enjoying your movie experience. While we do our best to prepare for situations like this, Mother Nature has a mind of her own, and weather-related outages are beyond our control.

Please know that our team acted as quickly as possible to get everything back up and running. Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence, but when it does happen, we are committed to resolving it as fast as we can.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We truly appreciate each and every one of you and are sorry for the inconvenience.
