✨️What are Flow Arts? ✨️
Flow arts are a unique art form based on combining object manipulation with other movement arts such as dance or martial arts. In other words, flow arts is like dancing and moving with different props. Another term often used to describe the flow arts or juggling is spinning.

💫 2023 was a light year for us in terms of performances, but it was rich with play time! We brought back the monthly flow jams, and the community really showed up! We've met so many new flowmies and reconnected with some we hadn't seen in years! 💫
We have a few superlative shoutouts:
🌟MVP: HUGE thanks to for her support!!!! It means the world! 🥰
🌟Mr. Congeniality: showed up so consistently every month and wow'd the public with his brilliant skills! 🤩
