A few interesting facts about rubies…
- rubies are red sapphires
- they are the 2nd hardest gemstone (next to diamonds)
- you can buy them as lab-created or natural
- they are available in an array of cuts and shades of red

What does this mean for you?
Rubies are an excellent choice for an everyday ring. There are rubies available to buy at many budgets (all the way up to being more expensive than diamonds). And there may be a ruby for everyone’s individual tastes (cabochon, faceted, small, large, light and dark).
