This is my story. Twice really. First for a son whose schizophrenia often left him helpless. Then for a husband, whose dementia first overtook his mind, then his body, and finally his life.
How do you survive the role of caregiver? My new devotional book in the UNSHAKEN series is called “On Assignment: a caregiver’s journey.” It was shipped from the printer yesterday and should be arriving inhouse soon.
