Hi everyone, it’s Micah again.
We’ve got our last show of the 2025-26 (and our THIRD!) season coming up on September 4. Our actors and crew have been putting in long hours getting this hilarious show ready for you, and we hope to see LOTS of you here in a few days.
I want you, yes YOU, to go online and get a ticket to come see The Cottage.
See, there’s something different about live theatre. Being in a room with other people, watching real, live humans telling a story right in front of you…it’s just something you can’t replace. And, honestly, you were gonna just sit at home and watch Netflix or doom scroll on your phone anyway, right?
Here’s what I want you to do. Pick a night, make a plan, and come out to experience live, local theatre. There are LOTS of amazing restaurants within walking distance of the GMA where you can get dinner before the show. We’ll have beer, wine, and spirits available at the concession stand along with soda, water, and snacks, so you’ll have something to enjoy during the show. We even have a new speakeasy downtown, at 1846, where you can go after the show for drinks, if that’s your thing.
I know that things are tough right now economically. You may think that spending money on something like a play isn’t something that makes sense right now. Well, we disagree. We think that nothing really replaces the experience and excitement of live theatre.
So, to help out with that, we’ve made the first Saturday Pay What You Can. That’s right…pay $1 or $100 if you really love GTW, or pay $0 and experience live theatre on us that night.
Then the second Saturday you can enjoy a BOGO deal on tickets. Alright then, no excuses, you’ve got time, you’ve got an opportunity, you’ve got a great show to come see.
Show runs September 4, 5, 11, & 12 at 7:30 and September 6 & 13 at 2:00.
