Love, deception, and a “magic” potion drive Donizetti’s The Elixir of Love. Shy Nemorino longs for the clever, independent Adina and turns to a flamboyant salesman’s false remedy to win her heart. When a swaggering rival intervenes, pride and confusion follow—until sincerity proves more powerful than bravado in this sparkling romantic comedy.

The Elixir of Love—March 3, 5 and 7

Living Gallery: Behold Your King—April 2–4

The Comedy of Errors—April 23–25

Mistaken identities wreak havoc in this Shakespeare comedy. When a young man of means and his quirky sidekick both search for their long-lost twins, they unwittingly embark on a convoluted quest that turns the city upside down. Presented by BJU’s Classic Players.

Family, politics and lies collide in one of Shakespeare's greatest tragedies. After dividing his kingdom among his daughters, King Lear realizes too late what disastrous consequences his decision has on himself and his nation. A study in pride, wisdom, greed, and forgiveness, King Lear showcases Shakespeare at his most ambitious and poetic.
