Robbie will be in ft smith for the futurity Tuesday May 12th and Wednesday May 13th for fittings from 10-5. He has 4-5 saddles left in stock, they are with him.

Fittings are walk up, no appts needed.

Robbie is at Ruby buckle this week. Sat will be the last day, 10am to 2:00 Sat but don't drag your feet if he is slow he will leave as his son has a rodeo that Robbie plans to attend that evening! Wed OPEN 9-6, CLOSED Thursday for the sale. FRIDAY OPEN 9-6

Effective immediately. Any order that comes in starting 4/29 will be on an updated timeline.

Due to a major influx in orders, we are having to extend the wait time.

Rush orders will be 5-6 weeks out, from the time the order is placed. Regular orders will be 10-11 weeks out, from the time the order is placed.

We debated between this change, or a higher rush fee, but ultimately Robbie wants to keep them as affordable as possible so we have extended the timeline some.

Thank you for understanding. The website will be updated as soon as the website designer can get to it this week.

Also due to the influx in orders, we will not have any stock for shipping for the foreseeable future, most likely through summer.

Bbr booth hours

Robbie will open today 4/21 at noon and stay until 6pm.

Wednesday- Saturday 10am-7pm but I wouldn’t get there later than 6pm to be safe. If bad weather hits he will close the trailer up.

All saddles have to be bought out of the booth. Robbie will not keep me updated on what inventory is left because he will stay too busy to do so. These saddles are not available to ship. What is left goes straight to ruby buckle some time Sunday.

Trailer is outside between the barns at the far end of the road.

Effective immediately.

Deposits are due when the order is submitted, which they always have been. There are three “pay here” links on the order now page that bring up the deposit payment. When I download the form to file, I will text you and ask for the deposit if it’s not already been paid. You will have 24 hours from the time I ask for the deposit, to pay it. After that the order will be discarded and it will be null and void. You will need to place a new order form if you pay the deposit at a later date.

It’s very hard for us to keep up with deposits when they come in days/weeks/months later, and try to pair them with the order form, and orders end up missed that way.

Robbie is headed out to Royal Crown in Buckeye!! This will be the ONLY event he is attending in Az for the rest of the year. Go see him! Lots of great inventory. As always free tree fitting. No Appt needed.
