Isn't this just the most spectacular friendship project ever? I just feel better looking at it! In the center, there is a grouping of six white ring flowers with a letter bead in the center. It spells out a message: "Thank you for being a Friend."

What can I say but "Thank all of You for being My Friend." I can't wait until we meet again at the next Tat Days. (God willing and the creek don't rise as the saying goes.)Isn't this just the most spectacular friendship project ever? I just feel better looking at it! Many of you may know that my DH has stopped making tatting shuttles after 23 years. I have sold out of most styles but found a small stash of flat shuttles like the "flat fish," the oval oak flat shuttle in small and large size, a few sets of 2 flat celtic shuttles and 4 purple heart wood post shuttles. Posting this a little early but I hope you enjoy it. Don't forget to get the first half of the alphabet also. And beware or errors. The start and stop on some patterns was not clear and some of them were worked from the back side, too. Most distressing was the confusion on rw. So, if you find an error please let me know.

This pattern shared by Mark Myers with the Online Tatting Class in 2006 has just been restored online. It combines hairpin lace with tatting.

This oriental chest with brass fittings hides an assortment of vintage tatting shuttles as well as a new one ot two and a set of tatting needles with a fancy satin case. A few oriental theme beads, a faux cinnabar pi and a square of jade (from Kobuk Mt. maybe.)
