One week from today, The Palace Theatre Centennial Weekend begins. ✨

On Saturday, September 19, we’ll gather on The Palace stage for our Centennial Grand Gala, an elegant evening honoring 100 years of history, artistry and community. Guests will enjoy cocktails, dinner, dancing, special Centennial moments and an intimate performance by Grammy Award winner LeAnn Rimes.

The celebration continues Sunday, September 20, as LeAnn Rimes returns for a special public concert, welcoming audiences back to celebrate this milestone with us.

After a year of looking back, sharing stories and celebrating the people who have made The Palace what it is today, it is hard to believe this very special weekend is almost here. ❤️

With our Centennial celebration just ONE WEEK away, we’re continuing to share the voices and memories of the people who have helped make The Palace Theatre so special.

This week, hear from Barbara Ferrier, a retired educator, longtime community leader, and former Westmoreland Cultural Trust Board Member. A dedicated advocate for education, the arts, and her community, Barbara has spent decades helping make Westmoreland County a stronger place to live and learn.

As we prepare to celebrate this incredible milestone next weekend, we’re especially grateful for the people who have helped shape The Palace and its place in our community over the years.

This month at the Greensburg Garden & Civic Center, we’re excited to feature local artist and retired Jeannette educator Jeffrey Carroll with his 60 Famous Faces exhibit!

You may already recognize Jeffrey’s work from WCT’s Art in the Alley, where several of his pieces have been on display. Now, you can see even more of his work throughout September with a collection of 60 hand-painted portraits of famous faces, all available for purchase.
