NEW All Levels Classes on the schedule:
-Monday night: Full Body Fusion: Full-body conditioning class combining cardio, strength training, resistance work, and core-focused finishing.
-Tuesday night: Beginner Slow Flow: Beginner choreography class blending sensual movement and pole technique
-Thursday night: Pole Conditioning: Inverts: Build inversion strength with targeted pole conditioning and drills!

We’re still celebrating some of our standout moments from April’s competition season at DC Competition.

Renee brought a powerful, dramatic Level 3 routine to the stage and earned 3rd place 🥉 Her performance was commanding from start to finish—full of intention, control, and presence.

Our competition program is built to support dancers through every stage of performance development—from act creation and coaching to stage readiness and confidence under pressure.

We’re especially excited as our next competition team of 7 athletes heads to Philadelphia next month to take the stage again!
