Hello neighbors!
Rural Arts Collaborative is busy preparing for the Spring and Summer sessions of our creative enrichment programs, and we want to let you know that Spring session registration is now open for children K-6 attending school in OSSU. We are also collecting family information for anyone who hopes to participate in our summer camp. You can apply for Spring WonderKids Afterschool and also express your interest in summer programming in one place: https://ruralartsvt.org/wonderarts.

We are also collecting community input for the next two weeks to help us in our strategic planning process. We invite everyone to give us your thoughts via the surveys on our About Us page: https://ruralartsvt.org/aboutus.

🖌 Artist Info! 🖌

Four paintings in our raffle were made by James Nace, an artist who participated in the GRACE workshops in the early 2000s. On a recent phone call with James, he put his love for animals simply: “My entire world revolves around cats.” He explained that art helps him unwind and express himself, describing how he "starts a painting and the world disappears for a few days."

View his artwork and purchase raffle tickets at ruralartsvt.org/raffle. It was James' suggestion that we work in collaboration with two local no-kill shelters, and we're thrilled to be donating a portion of all proceeds to Pope Memorial Frontier Animal Shelter in Orleans and Kingdom Animal Shelter in St. Johnsbury. Ticket sales end at 5pm tomorrow, Wednesday 12/4. Thank you for the ongoing support!
