My right hand is graduating from University of North Carolina at Greensboro this weekend, and I honestly couldn’t be more proud.

Candace has been with us at RCS Entertainment for almost 3 years, and watching her grow not only within our company, but as a woman, student, mother, leader, and teammate has been such a beautiful thing to witness.

From long event nights, last-minute setups, problem solving behind the scenes, traveling, learning new skills, and helping create unforgettable experiences for our clients. she has truly been the definition of dependable. The growth, dedication, and heart she pours into everything she does never goes unnoticed.

People may see the beautiful setups and final product, but they don’t always see the team behind it and Candace has been a huge part of helping RCS Entertainment grow into what it is today.

Candace, thank you for always showing up, always being willing to learn, and always treating this business like your own. You walk across that stage this weekend is going to be such a full-circle moment.
