Ballroom dancing includes any dance you can do with a partner. I teach Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, Swing, Mambo/Salsa, Merengue, Tango, and Cha Cha. I use current and traditional music. POUND Fitness is an amazing whole body workout that uses weighted drumsticks (Ripstix). You get to be a Rockstar for 45 minutes and the results of all that pounding and twisting is unbelievable! www.poundfit.com

Friday is the day!

It's our 3rd Social Dance hosted at the Garrison Conference center, located at Fort Harrison State Park!

All skill levels invited for a 6:30pm lesson, included in dance fee.
Already a skilled dancer? Lessons are not required for you to come boogie from 7:30pm-10pm.

FAQ
• Do I need to know how to dance?
Not at all! A beginner lesson is offered 6:30–7:30pm, but it’s optional.
• Do I need a partner?
Nope! Come solo or bring a friend, date, or spouse — all welcome.
• How much does it cost?
$15 per person or $25 per couple (includes the optional lesson).
• Where is it?
