Tickets, tshirts, and tights will be passed out this week before or after class. Please make sure you have paid for tickets, tshirt and tights if you ordered. And tuition for September -may must be paid in full in order to receive your tickets. June tuition will be due June 1st.
A lot of dancers have not ordered tickets. Please remember VIP tickets aka the free dancer ticket will not be handed out at door of recital. If you have not ordered any tickets you will not receive a VIP free dancer ticket which means you will have to buy your dancer a ticket at the door. Please contact Caitlin through email ASAP if you did not order. [email protected]
Also if your dancer is not attending both nights of recital please let Caitlin know ASAP so teachers can plan ahead.
Company dancers you will get your shirts, tights and tickets on your last day of dance! June 8th
If you did not order a T-shirt we did order each dancer a T-shirt so we will have some for purchase!
Dress rehearsal is Tuesday June 9th at the Greenfield Highschool. During dress rehearsal Erica Shire Photography will be there to take photos. There is an event on Facebook with all details and how to sign up. If you do not have Facebook please contact Caitlin if you would like to have your dancers photo taken.
Please check dress rehearsal schedule online or posted at the studio for when your dancer needs to be there. Please remember all dancers hair and makeup must be done like they would for recital. No finale costume!
Recital will be June 13&14th doors open 1 hour before the show starts
Tickets will be sold at door for $20.00 cash only
We will have concessions water, soda, candy chips and more. Cash only
Pizazz will have a little gift table with dance blankets, little recital gift bags, and dance ducks for good luck pins!
Floral Affairs will be taking pre-orders for flowers which will be coming through email this week!
Fogbuster Coffee (Pierce Bros.) will have a coffee table set up. They have amazing coffee with the perfect caffeine for the weekend!
We also will have another table selling crochet animals and more for sale with more information coming soon!
Sunday night we will be passing out special dance medals to each dancer after the finale.
Gary Antle Productions will be there both nights to film. There is still time to order your DVD. This is perfect for years down the road and now you can enjoy and watch the show without having to worry to videotape. I still have my videos from my recital, they are great memories to share and they are filmed by Gary as well!!
This week at the studio there will be names listed at the desk. Please make sure your dancers name is correct and in the correct class. This is for the digital program. As soon as everything is correct we will send out the QR code for you to download the digital program and share with friends and family. We will also send out a hard copy of the line up if you want one printed!
Friday Acro 2 9 and up year olds dancers I am missing 2 acro costumes. If you took yours home please bring it in so we can rhinestone them!
Everyone should have their costumes and accessories. If you are missing anything or have not received anything please speak to Caitlin directly.
Thursday hip hop thriller dancers. Please bring in your black shirt this week so I can see what you have done and possibly add some rhinestones lol!
Please double check to make sure you don't have any outstanding balances esp for tickets, shirts and tights!
