🥰Bow/Bread Knife Care Tips:

💦Handles are finished in food grade mineral oil. Hand wash, don’t soak or put in dishwasher. Treat it like you would a wood cutting board.

🪛Wood moves over time. If the blade becomes slack, loosen one of the screws and it should spring back straight. Then retighten the screw.

🥰With care these knives will last for generations. Fresh blades are available, just send me a message.
